CF-EX Fork Extension Slipper-Open Type

Fork Extension Slippers/ Tines have been designed with a slim profile to extend the flexibility of forklifts.

8mm Heavy-duty high-strength good-quality steel plate:
firm and durable
Suitable for operating pallets of big-volume or big-length
Opening bottom: fast and easy for installation
Steel snap ring is welded at the end to ensure the extended fork won't slide during operation

Cautions:

Written agreement with forklift truck manufacturer isrecommended when adding this product onto forklift truck;
The lenath of extended forks must not exceed 150% of itsoriginal length, which means the fork extend must not be installed at any shorter than the "Minimum Applicable Fork Length*Loading Attenuation Curve (shows the relationship among loadcentre distance, lifting height and surplus load) should beconsideredduring operation to ensure safety*When every 25mm lenath is exended on the oricnal fork its loadinaweight decreases as much as following theory specifies:

*For 2000kg-forklift truck: 77kg/25mm

*For 2300kg-forklift truck: 73ka/25mm

*For 2500kg-forklift truck: 70ka/25mm
